Skeleton Glass shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the site (including, without limitation, damage to pathways, driveways and concreted or paved or grassed areas) unless due to the negligence of Skeleton Glass.
There is no warranty on mirror edgecreep, however Skeleton Glass upon installation will use every preventative precaution including ensuring the edges are dry when installed and mirror edges are properly sealed with professional grade neutral cure silicone or no gaps that are made to help deter moisture, abrasive cleaners, salt air and humidity forming behind the mirror. We strongly encourage all our customers (DIY & Wholesale) who we supply to, to properly seal all edges with the correct product as it is the best preventative measure against edgecreep. It is also important to note that using any acidic silicones will react with the mirror and cause edgecreep so it is important to use the correct product when sealing.
If you require any assistance on installation or correctly sealing your mirrors or product help, please contact our office.

On giving such notice Skeleton Glass shall repay you any money paid by you for the Goods. Skeleton Glass shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation.
In the event that you cancel delivery of Goods, you shall be liable for any and all loss incurred (whether direct or indirect) by Skeleton Glass as a direct result of the cancellation (including, but not limited to, any loss of profits).
Cancellation of orders for Goods made to your specifications, or for non-stocklist items, will definitely not be accepted once production has commenced, or an order has been placed.
We may change any provision in these terms and conditions without notice.
