CHRISTMAS CLOSURE 2025-26: IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES

As we head into the festive season and prepare for some well-deserved downtime, we want to ensure you have all the important dates in place for your end-of-year projects.

Skeleton Glass & Skeleton Industries office and warehouse will be closed on

Friday, 19th December 2025 from 12:00 pm and we will reopen on Monday, 12th January 2026 at 8:00 am

📅 Key ordering deadlines

Skeleton Glass:

Skeleton Glass has now closed off new measurements, quotes and installation bookings for 2025. Bookings and quoting services will resume from 13th January 2026.

Skeleton Industries (Wholesale):

Skeleton Industries has now closed off all new toughening orders for 2025. Please feel free to send through toughening orders, however, they will not be processed until 13th January 2026.

Wednesday, 10th December 2025

Last day for all custom Fully Framed Robes, Fully Framed Showers, Cut-to-size Laminate, and Float Orders

Pick-Ups

Friday, 19th December 2025

Last day for warehouse pick-ups (before 12pm)

Orders received after these cut-off dates and during the shutown will be processedd when production resumes on Monday, 12th January 2026

Please Note:

Lead times are current as of Monday, 17th November; however, they are subject to change. We will continue to communicate as soon as possible if this changes.

Even with orders placed before the cut-off date, work involving toughened glass may not be ready for pre-Christmas installation, pickup, or delivery. We will always strive for the best possible outcome; however, factors such as toughening plant schedules and high year-end demand can impact turnaround times that are beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete current workloads as efficiently as possible.
